I have seen this happen with ScanConnect and the solution is to clear the SetScan file and then open scanning and set the driver settings. Once they exit scanning and come back in, the driver settings revert back to the original settings. I have a customer using Kofax VRS and when they change the driver settings, the settings are only holding during the current scan session. With ScanConnect, they are stored in C:WindowsSetScan.ini, but this file is not used by Kofax. Where does Kofax VRS store the driver settings?
